EVENT INTRODUCTION

Hosted by General Administration of Sport of China and Hainan Provincial Government; organized by Chinese Cycling Association, Department of Culture Radio Television Publication and Sports of Hainan Province , Chengmai communist Party Committee, Municipal Government，the 8th Tour of Hainan 2013 is a Top-Asia class international road cycling race leveled at 2.HC, which is co-organized by Sanya Municipal Government, Wanning Municipal Government, Sanya Ruiya Real-Estate Development Company Limited, Hainan Provincial Sporting Events Centre,Hainan Round Island Road Cycling Race Company Limited.

Generally sponsored by Huifeng International, this annual race is to be held from October 20th to 28th and 9 stages with a total distance of 1458.6km covering all kinds of road racing include national, provincial, county and country roads. The starting and finishing points are both in Chengmai County and the race route proceeds in a clockwise direction through all 18 cities and counties of Hainan Province except Sansha city. With total prize money of 350,000USD, Tour Of Hainan 2013 has 20 participant teams consisting of 1 UCI professional team, 4 continental professional teams, 12 continental teams, 2 national team and 1 regional team.
